Newington Inquiry decision majors on Air Quality

The effects on air quality and landscape were the main reasons why the planning inspector turned down Gladman’s appeal against Swale Borough Council’s rejection of their proposal for hundreds of houses at Newington.  According to CPRE, air quality issues are moving up the agenda in planning decisions.
